Our Heat Select peppers promise to deliver a consistent level of heat to your specialty sauce, dip, or salsa. Our selected peppers are processed using a jalapeño pepper that is free of the extreme heat of a traditional jalapeño pepper. We then blend to reach the exact heat intensity our customer requests. This gives the customer a consistent “kick” throughout the product, simplifying the manufacturing process. |
